  首先需要先了解您的生活型態與裝修預算，
  搭配現場環境，做初步的討論。我們也會向您說明設計收費方式與工作流程。 “Understand the needs”

  初步提案

  確認需求後，將進行初步提案，會提供平面圖與示意彩圖供您參考。此階段會視複雜程度收取提案費用，此費用可於設計費中扣除。 “Preliminary proposal”
  After the demand is confirmed, we will make a preliminary proposal. We will provide floor plan and schematic color map for your reference.
  
  At this stage, we will charge a proposal fee based on the complexity of the design, which can then be deducted from the design fee.

客製化設計

雙方簽訂設計合約後，開始進行所有細節的討論與修正，本階段將更加具體探討設計細節、材質選用、工法呈現及美學風格的平衡。平面圖、各立面圖、機電配置、施工圖、3D彩圖，都是這個階段的工作核心。 “Customized design” After the two parties sign the design contract, we will begin to discuss and modify the details. At this stage,we have more specific and in-depth discussions on the details of the design, the selection of materials,the presentation of construction methods and the balance of aesthetic styles. As for floor plans, elevations,electrical and mechanical configuration, construction drawings,and 3D color drawings,they are all at the core of this stage.

  細部確認與估價

  根據已完成之圖面進行估價，依照您的預算再進行工法與材質的微調。本階段需確認所有使用的材料及顏色。 “Confirm detailed conditions and estimate”
  Based on the completed drawings, we will conduct an estimate. According to your budget,we will make fine adjustments to construction methods and materials.
  At this stage, all materials and colors to be used will be determined.

  工程施工

  簽訂施工合約後，將排擬工程進度表依序進施工，分次收費，在施工的各個階段將陸續確認家具、窗簾、地毯軟件及藝術燈具的選用，妥善銜接各個工程。我們的專案設計師也將逐項監工，為您做第一線的品質把關。 “Engineering Construction”
  After signing the construction contract, we will schedule the construction schedule and proceed with the construction and the charges in installments.
  For each stage of the construction, we will successively confirm the selection of furniture,curtains, carpet software and artistic lamps,and properly connect each project.Our project designers will supervise the work item by item and perform on-site quality control for you.
